If you have ever dreamed of seeing the world while cruising on a sailboat, this is the site for you. The purpose of Seagypsy Sailing Expeditions is to share my love of the ocean, nature, travel and sailing with like-minded friends. This is not a charter operation. It is a non-profit, co-operative venture; an adventure shared in fun, exploration and learning, as well as in contribution to our planet, work and expense. Where?
Join me on board Eidos, my sailboat and magic carpet in the Mediterranean for a week, a month or an extended adventure, as we explore hidden anchorages, quaint villages and fishing harbors, ancient archaeological sites, inland wilderness areas and nature reserves. Who, me?
You don't have to know how to sail. You don't have to be young. You don't have to be independently wealthy. All you need is a willingness to learn, an adventurous spirit, a fit and healthy body, an attitude of co-operation and kindness, and something to trade whether cruising chips, an adventure of your own, or skills and labour. How?
