3. What's the best way to book flights?
The sooner you do it, the better price you will get. Summer in the Mediterranean is a very popular time of the year. I can usually give you a
month's notice as to my approximate location for when you'll be arriving, so you can book your flight to arrive at the closest possible airport.
London is a good hub to fly to because often there are cheap flights from there to the other airports in Europe. EasyJet and Ryanair are two
airlines that offer good prices from London. You can also sign up for weekly updates for your location through Travelzoo and they'll email
you a list of cheap flights on offer.
While I am in the Ionian Sea, the cheapest option between May and October, are direct charter flights from the UK to Aktio/Preveza and
Corfu. One way to book them is through Karyatis Travel in Preveza.
